This 45-minute parent-led class invites you and your little one to explore the exciting world of gymnastics through guided obstacle courses that spark curiosity, build confidence, and support early development. Each class encourages foundational skills such as balance, coordination, counting, color recognition, and following simple instructions—all in a playful, positive, and hands-on environment.

Co-Ed 3.5-4 years

Our Minnow Munchkin program is designed for children who are ready to explore gymnastics a little more independently. In this 45-minute class, young athletes build teamwork, problem-solving skills, and positive social behaviors while learning to navigate new challenges with confidence. Each week, your child will have a blast developing foundational gymnastics techniques, gaining coordination, and celebrating their progress in a fun, uplifting environment.

Girls 3-5yo

Our Gymnastics/Dance Combo classes blend two exciting disciplines into one dynamic experience. Students get the opportunity to build strength and coordination through gymnastics while also expressing creativity and rhythm through dance. This unique class is perfect for children who love both activities and want to grow their skills in a fun, well-rounded environment.

Girls 5-6 years

Discover our specialized gymnastics class created just for kindergarteners! In Kinder Perch, gymnasts explore all four women’s gymnastics events—vault, bars, beam, and floor—while gaining confidence and body control. This 55-minute class focuses on building strong foundational skills, improving body awareness, and introducing essential progressions that prepare your child for future intermediate-level training. Fun, structured, and skill-building, Kinder Perch is the perfect next step in their gymnastics journey.

Boys 5+ years

This entry-level boys’ gymnastics class, designed for ages 5 and up, introduces young athletes to the foundations of men’s gymnastics and acro. In this 55-minute session, students build strength, coordination, confidence, and proper technique while learning essential skills that set the stage for future progression. It’s the perfect starting point for boys ready to move, grow, and challenge themselves in a supportive environment.

Girls 7+ years

This entry-level class for ages 7 and up introduces athletes to all four women’s gymnastics events—vault, bars, beam, and floor. Girls 7+ years

Our Intermediate class helps athletes transition from foundational skills to more advanced techniques. In this 55-minute session, students focus on building strength, mastering proper skill progressions, and developing the confidence and tools needed to succeed at the advanced level.

Co-Ed 5+ years

This dynamic 55-minute floor-based program is dedicated to honing in on tumbling techniques, perfecting jumps, and enhancing air awareness. Through engaging activities, participants will refine skills and discover personal growth.

Co-Ed 9+ years

This high-energy 55-minute floor-based program is designed for athletes who have mastered foundational skills and are ready to push their limits. With a focus on standing and running tumbling, aerial skills, and precision technique, this class challenges participants to elevate their performance. Athletes will build strength, control, and confidence as they progress in a supportive, motivating environment.

Co-Ed 5-9 years

This homeschool class challenges students’ balance, hand-eye coordination, jumping, and overall motor skills through a variety of games, activities, and movement exercises.
